Real Estate

Besides the company investments, the Tavares de Melo Group has several real estate assets in Brazil and in the United States.

In Brazil, most of the areas are leased for the plantation of sugar cane in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Mato Grosso do Sul, where the group had its plants and distilleries. In the USA the real estates are located in the State of Flórida.

The group also makes available for urban development in the Northeast, areas that were previously used for sugar cane plantation.
